Installer updated to work on Win7

The installer was putting the wrong version of the TibetanMachine fonts on Windows7 machines.

Thanks to Vicente for pointing this out!

I updated the installer to fix that and put it on the downloads page today.
(Only the installer changed; PechaMaker is still at version 2.5)
I believe PechaMaker works well on Windows 7.
