Installer version that installs fonts

The installer for PechaMaker version 1.12 has been upgraded. Now the TibetanMachine option will fully install the 5 fonts of the TibetanMachine typeface for you. If you enable this option it will make the system calls to install the fonts and registry entries. It also leaves a zip'ed copy of the fonts in the install directory.
