MAJOR CHANGES:
- Fix: Scrollbar problem; sometimes pages disappeared in Compact Pecha View mode.
- Fix: Position selection icon in Pecha-page image dialog now appears consistently.
- Fix: File-Save after deleting pages with Pecha-page images was creating invalid files.
